After registration and prior to the child’s enrolment date, parents may wish to arrange for a visit with the child. The child’s teacher presence can be arranged during the visit wherever possible. This will be a good time for parents to share on the child’s developmental behaviour, eating and sleeping habits. We hope to build relationships with our parents and work in partnership to ensure child’s well-being and development. With parents’ participation, it sends a positive message to children that you are supportive of them and you are part of the preschool community. Communication is vital in building relationship and parents can communicate with us via our Communication Platform. Parents can also speak with us daily during drop off or pick up time.

You or the authorised guardian/s will be required to sign in /out for the child. Please ensure the doors are securely closed after you leave the preschool.
We are required to conduct at least 2 fire and emergency drills a year. This is in addition to the fire drills conducted by Nordcom1 management. All staff members are aware of the emergency procedure and children will be guided accordingly.
In case of unforeseen emergency, we will contact the parent or guardian immediately. If it is a medical emergency, we will call for an ambulance and contact you immediately thereafter. Please ensure your emergency contact details are always updated.
